& Integration Coaching

Maybe you’re curious about psychedelics but don’t know where to begin.

Maybe you’re preparing for an experience and want to approach it with intention, respect, and support.

Or maybe you’ve already had a profound experience—and now you’re wondering, What do I do with all of this?

Wherever you are in the process, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

If You’re Exploring

Psychedelics aren’t for everyone, and timing matters. Preparation can begin long before deciding whether to have an experience at all. Together, we explore your intentions, questions, expectations, and concerns—and discern whether now is the right time.

Getting Ready

If You’re Preparing

Preparation is an opportunity to slow down and become intentional about the experience ahead. Together we explore your mindset, intentions, fears, expectations, and support system. The goal of good preparation is to help you feel more grounded and connected to yourself.

Coming Home

If You’re Integrating

Maybe you received a powerful insight, encountered grief, or touched something you don’t quite have words for yet. This is where integration begins—asking what it meant, and how to actually live differently because of it.

The Importance of Preparation

BEFORE THE JOURNEY

A psychedelic experience doesn’t begin when the medicine takes effect. In many ways, it begins with the intention to take the journey. Preparation helps create the container for what may unfold.

Your intentions. What is calling you toward this experience? What are you hoping to understand, heal, explore, or reconnect with?
Your inner resources. Mindfulness, breathwork, somatic awareness, and grounding practices can help you stay connected to yourself when intense sensations arise.
Your expectations. Psychedelic experiences don’t always give us what we expect. We explore hopes and fears while creating space for the experience to unfold in its own way.
Readiness & harm reduction. Preparation also means understanding potential risks, asking important questions, and considering the support and resources you need.
Set and setting. Your internal state and external environment can profoundly shape an experience. We talk through what helps you feel supported, grounded, and safe.
Your relationship with surrender. Psychedelic experiences can invite us beyond our usual sense of control. Preparation helps you meet uncertainty with curiosity rather than force.

Preparation isn’t about scripting your journey or guaranteeing a certain outcome. It’s about creating the conditions to meet whatever arises with greater awareness, support, and self-trust.

The Importance of Integration

AFTER THE JOURNEY

The psychedelic experience may last hours. Integration can continue for weeks, months, or even years. Integration is the bridge between what you experienced and how you live.

Make meaning of your experience. Psychedelic experiences can be symbolic, emotional, spiritual, or confusing. Integration gives you space to explore what it means to you.
Explore difficult experiences. Not every psychedelic experience is blissful. Integration provides a supportive space to process without forcing a “lesson.”
Bring insights into everyday life. A realization is different from making actual change. We explore small, meaningful ways to embody what you learned.
Explore the spiritual dimension. Experiences of interconnectedness, the Divine, or something larger than ourselves can be profound. Integration helps you explore what they mean.
Listen to the body. Not everything needs to be intellectually understood. Through somatic awareness and breathwork, we explore what your body may still be processing.
Reconnect with your inner wisdom. Rather than looking outside yourself for the “right” interpretation, integration helps you listen more deeply to your own intuition.

My approach is grounded in more than 20 years of working in the mental health field, helping people navigate healing, change, and their relationships with themselves and their bodies.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Body Trust® Provider, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and graduate of the Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research Certificate Program at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). My training includes psychedelic preparation and integration, harm reduction, somatic approaches, spiritual care, ethics, and expanded states of consciousness.

My work is also deeply informed by my own experiences with plant medicine, meditation, breathwork, and expanded states—experiences that have deepened my trust in the wisdom of the body, our innate capacity for healing, and the spiritual dimension of healing.

I don’t see my role as interpreting your experience for you. Instead, I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can slow down, become curious, listen inward, and discover what the experience means for you.

Our work may incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems–informed practices, compassionate inquiry, journaling, ritual, and reflection.

My Approach to This Work

Preparation helps you approach the door with intention. The experience may open it. Integration is how you begin to walk through it.
